We're seeking a talented life coach trained in NLP or Hypnotherapy to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with our founders to deliver exceptional results and help us scale our business.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Providing intensive support to your 10-15 ongoing clients</li><li>Coach 20-30 clients per year, providing personalized guidance and support to help them achieve their goals</li><li>Guiding Parents with a weekly 20 minute Parent Coaching Call</li><li>Being open minded and rigorous in learning and applying of the methods and training of Wide Awake&rsquo;s Coaching Process</li><li>Collaborative with our founders to develop and refine our coaching process, offering suggestions for improvement and growth with an open mind</li><li>Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new content and strategies</li><li>Create engaging TikTok and IG Reel content to spread our message and promote our services weekly</li><li>Help manage our client roster, ensuring high-quality service delivery and maintaining our 30-client cap per coach</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Willing to work 1pm - 8pm PST (weekday)</li><li>Willing to work weekends (if preferred)</li><li>Life Coach certification or licensed Counselor or Social Worker</li><li>Experience working with teens, young adults, and parents</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Familiarity with social media platforms (TikTok and IG Reel) and content creation</li><li>Willingness to learn and adapt to our innovative coaching process</li><li>Open-minded and receptive to feedback and suggestions for improvement, leaving your ego at the door</li><li>Fun, enthusiastic, and optimistic attitude towards your work, your clients, this company, and the amazing impact you will have</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Starting pay at $108 an hour with opportunities to grow in the company of up to $105,000 per year based on performance and growth</li><li>Opportunity to work with a innovative company in the coaching and therapy industry</li><li>Become an integral part of an incredible team of amazing coaches</li><li>Unique Training and Gaining of Skills</li><li>Collaborative and supportive work environment</li><li>Professional development and training opportunities</li><li>Flexible scheduling and remote work options</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $74,920.00 - $119,880.00 per yearExpected hours: 15 &ndash; 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Wellness program</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Can you work hours 2pm to 8pm PST?
