The <b>3rd Shift Machine Operator</b> is responsible for the production and inspection of all work orders assigned. This role is primarily responsible for (operation, housekeeping and other functional attributes) of the Fin Tube milling centers, creating product for quality review, the preparation and review of material scans for the start of production, conducting quality check during production, assigned tasks also include operation of the Overhead crane as needed. Strong focus on quality and troubleshooting of tools and other production elements also identifying defects of tubes during production. Adhere to all safety and environmental guidelines. Works directly with team lead for work assignment and reports to Shift Supervisor.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Base Pay:</b> $21.00/hr.</div><div>
Shift Differential: $2.00/hr.</div><div><b>
Schedule:</b> Monday - Friday 11:00 pm -7:00 am</div><div>

Responsibilities:

Machine Operator </b><b>Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Responsible for the set-up and operation of Fin Tube machines ( understanding tube types, material dimensions, identifying of defects, understanding tube structure to identify condenser/boiler conformance or nonconformance) to achieve a series of progressive milling operations, while holding precise tolerances and finishing requirements per customer drawings.
</li><li>Inspect in process material as specified in work instructions, report any material found not meeting the criteria to ensure proper steps are taken to identify and or dispose of this material following the correct deposition methods.</li><li>
Maintain a clean and safe work place while ensuring that all P.P.E, equipment safeguarding and protective devices are functioning and utilized in accordance with all EHS safety standards.</li><li>
Record quality data measured, scrap counts and material used by using WFS to ensure that inventory and product movements are recorded accurately.</li></ul><p>
(All duties and responsibilities are unique to our facility. Therefore training will be provided)</p><div><b><br>

High school diploma or G.E.D. (preferred)</li><li>
CNC machining experience (a plus)</li><li>
Understanding of measurement math as it relates to decimals and fractions also the ability to perform other basic math functions.</li><li>
Manufacturing experience preferably with knowledge of machine function and interface such as (HMI input and output, use of calibration methods and programing, use of printing and or labeling auxiliaries also direct computer input for production/order start and finish operations.</li></ul><div><b>

This shall encompass receiving of materials through shipment of the final product. Organize and maintain inventory storage areas to ensure optimal space utilization, easy access to items, and timely transfer of inventory to appropriate destinations.</li><li>
Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels.</li><li>
Update inventory records in the management system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.</li><li>
Prepare and process outgoing shipments, ensuring that orders are complete and correct.</li><li>
Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, safely and efficiently.</li><li>
Assist with the packing and labeling of products for shipment, adhering to company guidelines and safety standards.</li><li>
Collaborate with other team members and departments to assure movement of materials in a timely, safe, and efficient manner.</li><li>
Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to safety regulations and best practices.</li><li>
Provide support for inventory-related projects and initiatives as needed.</li><li>
Assist in manufacturing as needed.</li></ul><div><b>
Warehouse Associate Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>
At least 2 years previous experience in an industrial environment preferred.</li><li>
Powered Industrial Truck license and usage will be required</li><li>
Ability to read text, interpret and execute context as required</li><li>
Mechanical knowledge of machines/tools utilized in shipping and receiving.</li><li>
Inventory management software and basic computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite.</li></ul><div><b>
Physical Demands:</b></div><ul><li>
Perform work in various physical positions including standing, kneeling, bending, stooping, reaching and may frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.</li><li>
Performing work in a medium industrial setting with exposure to heat, cold, humidity, industrial odors, fumes, gases, chemicals, oil, grease, smoke, dust, noise, vibration, climbing ladders/stairs and working in cramped quarters.</li><li>
Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) requirement, including hearing protection, safety eyewear, safety footwear, face shield, and respirator if required.</li><li>
Close vision, distant vision, color vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus and hand-eye coordination.</li></ul>
