</div><div>Wilbert Precast, Inc. is hiring a <b>General Labor/Production Worker </b>to join our manufacturing team. This position is ideal for individuals with construction, manufacturing or framing experience who want steady, year-round work and the opportunity to learn a specialized trade. This position assists in building precast concrete products from start to finish. You will work with forms, reinforcement, concrete placement, and finishing while learning industry-specific skills alongside experienced team members.</div>
<div>Precast experience is <b>not required</b> &mdash; we will train the right candidate.</div>
<div></div><div><b>What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></div>
<ul><li>Prepare forms and molds according to product specifications and drawings</li>
<li>Apply release agents and assemble reinforcement (rebar, wire, cages, inserts)</li>
<li>Pour, consolidate, and finish concrete using proper techniques and tools</li>
<li>Strip forms and remove finished products without damage</li>
<li>Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met</li>
<li>Perform patching, grinding, sealing, and final finishing as required</li>
<li>Identify defects and assist with corrective actions</li>
<li>Safely operate mixers, vibrators, overhead cranes, forklifts, and hand tools</li>
<li>Monitor concrete consistency and adjust placement techniques accordingly</li>
<li>Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition</li>
<li>Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and plant policies</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and organized work area</li>
<li>Communicate production issues or delays to leads</li>
<li>Support plant efficiency and continuous improvement efforts</li>
</ul><p></p><div><b>What You&rsquo;ll Need</b></div>
<ul><li>1+ years of construction, manufacturing, framing or concrete production experience</li>
<li>Comfort using hand and power tools</li>
<li>Ability to lift 50lbs repeatedly and work in a physical environment</li>
<li>Reliable attendance and strong work ethic</li>
<li>Attention to detail and quality craftsmanship</li>
<li>Strong safety awareness</li>
<li>Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability</li>
<li>Team collaboration and leadership support</li>
<li>Consistent productivity and time management</li>
</ul><div><b>Preferred-Will Train:</b></div>
<ul><li>Previous precast or concrete finishing experience</li>
<li>Forklift or overhead crane experience</li>
<li>Experience reading shop drawings or blueprints</li>
<li>OSHA or safety training certifications</li>
</ul><div><b>Training Provided</b></div>
<ul><li>Concrete forming and finishing</li>
<li>Product specifications and quality standards</li>
<li>Equipment operation (forklift &amp; crane)</li>
<li>Precast manufacturing processes</li>

<li>Exposure to concrete dust, vibration, noise, and weather conditions.</li>
