We create meaningful gifts that bring nature closer to people&rsquo;s lives, with a focus on craftsmanship, sustainability, and innovation.Job Overview:We are seeking a passionate and responsible Counter Sales Executive to manage our flagship store in Connaught Place. The ideal candidate will have a background in Agriculture, Horticulture, or Forestry and will be responsible for handling store operations, assisting customers, managing billing and inventory, and ensuring the store maintains a premium look and experience.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and purchases.</li><li>Maintain a welcoming and well-organized store environment.</li><li>Manage daily sales, billing, and cash transactions.</li><li>Keep accurate records of sales and inventory.</li><li>Regularly check stock levels and coordinate with the backend team for replenishment.</li><li>Ensure product displays, terrariums, and gifts are well-maintained and visually appealing.</li><li>Handle customer queries and provide information about plant care and maintenance.</li><li>Support store-level marketing or promotional activities as required.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness, safety, and order within the store.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Education: Graduate in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, or related field (mandatory).</li><li>Experience: 0&ndash;2 years of experience in retail, nursery, or plant/gifting industry preferred.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Basic knowledge of plants, terrariums, and plant care.</li><li>Comfortable with billing software and point-of-sale systems.</li><li>Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.</li><li>Ability to manage store operations independently.</li></ul>Work Schedule:<ul><li>Location: Wild Roots Gifting Store, Connaught Place, New Delhi</li><li>Timing: Full-time (Store Hours)</li><li>Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualification</li></ul>Why Join Us:<ul><li>Be part of a growing eco-luxury gifting brand.</li><li>Work in a creative and nature-inspired environment.</li><li>Opportunity to learn and grow in the sustainable gifting and plant retail industry.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
