OverviewWe are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Social Media Content Creator to develop engaging content across our digital platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, understands current social media trends, and has experience producing content that drives engagement and brand growth.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Create high-quality content for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.</li><li>Plan, film, and edit short-form and long-form videos tailored to each platform.</li><li>Produce compelling graphics, photos, and written captions that reflect the brand&rsquo;s voice.</li><li>Manage a content calendar and ensure timely posting and consistency.</li><li>Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to inform strategy.</li><li>Engage with the online community through comments, DMs, and interactive content.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and support brand initiatives.</li><li>Analyze performance metrics to optimize content performance and reach.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience as a content creator, social media manager, or similar role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their best practices.</li><li>Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut) and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).</li><li>Excellent storytelling, writing, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.</li><li>Creative mindset with a strong eye for aesthetics and brand consistency.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Photography and videography experience.</li><li>Understanding of SEO and social analytics.</li><li>Experience running paid social campaigns is a plus.</li></ul>Work Environment<ul><li>Hybrid or remote options available (depending on company).</li><li>Portfolio or examples of past content required.</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hourWork Location: Hybrid remote in Paterson, NJ 07514
