 Who We Are Looking For
 
 
 
 Wildwood Programs, a proud provider of multiple services for people with disabilities, is looking for an administrative assistant to be the first point of contact for students, families, and visitors and help ensure that the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
 
 
 
 Summary
 
 : This position supports the Administration/School team by performing the following duties.
 
 
 
 Essential Duties and Responsibilities
 
 include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Acts the first point of contact for students, employees, families and visitors in person and via multi line telephone.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manages sensitive and confidential information regarding students and their families.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepares, composes, sorts, and routes mail, faxes, and package deliveries; makes copies of correspondence or other printed materials and scans as needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence, including email and faxes address to both internal and outside agencies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepares and submits reports &amp; organizes and maintains file systems in both paper copies and electronic, files correspondence and other records.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicates with external agencies such as transportation to request status updates in regards to students.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinates requests for cleaning, repairs, hazard reports, and other maintenance requests.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintains meeting schedules, coordinates use of facilities, and technology needed.

 Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 Additional Requirements:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 A valid New York State Driver&rsquo;s License and ability to drive and driving record acceptable for agency insurance coverage are required
 </li>
 <li>
 Must have daily access to their own vehicle and drive our students when the program requires it.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to lift lift up to 30 pounds.
 </li>
 </ul>
