<div>Our Leasing Consultants are responsible for leasing apartments and marketing to potential residents. 
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Responsible for leasing apartments in accordance with policies and procedures</li><li>
Assists in measuring effectiveness of marketing programs and in conducting market surveys.</li><li>
Assists in development of advertising and implementation of special promotions.</li><li>
Assists in preparation of traffic reports and weekly stats.</li><li>
Provide friendly and informative customer service</li><li>
Conduct tours of the property to prospective residents</li><li>
Uses knowledge of property and community to overcome prospect&rsquo;s reservations and follows up on undecided prospects.</li><li>
Prepares lease packets and assist in maintaining complete resident files under the direction of the Property Manager.</li></ul>
 Qualifications:<ul><li>
Property management and leasing experience is preferred, but not required</li><li>
Understanding and working knowledge of affordable housing issues and programs is a plus</li><li>
Experience using property management software, such as Yardi, OneSite, or Yeildstar</li><li>
Section 8 experience is a huge plus.</li></ul>
 Requirements:<ul><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills</li><li>
Property management experience preferred</li><li>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>
Ability to understand contracts and documents typical to the management of real estate</li><li>
Professional attire and demeanor</li></ul>
