With an exceptional team, we carefully craft and execute business plans to deliver strong investment results while creating a positive impact on people and the planet.Position Overview The Vice President, Capital Development (VP) is focused on building and nurturing relationships with potential investors, introducing them to Wilkinson&rsquo;s multifamily real estate investment opportunities, and ensuring an exceptional investor experience. This VP will serve as a key ambassador for Wilkinson&rsquo;s investment funds, with a strong focus on relationship-building.Core Responsibilities <ul><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective investors, primarily HNW accredited investors.</li><li>Introduce Wilkinson&rsquo;s investment funds and opportunities to potential investors, providing thorough and accurate information about our strategies and goals.</li><li>Participate in industry networking events, conferences, and educational meetups to identify and cultivate new investor relationships.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to support marketing initiatives, including the development of collateral, electronic communications, and website content tailored to prospective investors.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing and investor relations teams to design and host investor education events that highlight Wilkinson&rsquo;s competencies and history.</li><li>Maintain detailed records of interactions with prospective investors using CRM tools and ensure follow-ups are timely and professional.</li><li>Act as a liaison between prospective investors and the internal team, ensuring inquiries are addressed efficiently and with care.</li></ul>Key Qualifications <ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience raising equity for private equity funds.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex investment strategies in a clear and compelling manner.</li><li>Highly organized with excellent follow-through and attention to detail.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) and CRM systems.</li><li>Self-motivated and able to work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines.</li><li>Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and a keen interest in continuous learning.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications <ul><li>Experience raising equity for real estate funds.</li><li>Experience in multifamily real estate or other real estate investments.</li><li>Familiarity with hosting investor events and creating educational content for prospective clients.</li><li>General understanding of financial and business concepts related to real estate investments.</li></ul>Why Join Wilkinson Corporation?
