The Billing Administrator is responsible for overseeing the homeowner accounts that are in default. They are the main point of contact between the Association&rsquo;s collections attorneys and the Community Managers and Board of Directors. The Billing Administrator must be organized, detail oriented and have the ability to quickly transition from one task to another.</p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Hourly Rate: $22-24 DOE</b></h2><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Responsibilities and Duties:</b></h2><ul><li>
Provide collections updates for each community on a monthly recurring basis</li><li>
Prepare and monitor payment plans</li><li>
Monitor ongoing Bankruptcy cases</li><li>
Process attorney invoices</li><li>
Process reinstatements and payments
</li><li>Prepare and send requests for action</li><li>
Attend Foreclosure hearings if necessary</li></ul><p><b><br>
Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>
Associates Degree</li><li>
3-5 years law office experience a plus</li><li>
Knowledge of Bankruptcy and Foreclosure a plus</li><li>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>
Proficient in Excel</li><li>
