Summary</b></h2></div><div><p>
Analyzes business problems to be solved with automated systems. Duties and Responsibilities</b></h2></div><div><ul><li>
Assist with creation of test documentation, including maintaining and executing of test strategy and test scripts</li><li>
Developing test scenarios, test cases and test data</li><li>
Conducting system, integration, and regression testing for software components</li><li>
Developing documentation including but not limited to test plans and reports</li><li>
Participating in analysis and resolution of system malfunctions or issues</li><li>
Preparing technical documentation for project plans, processes, procedures, applications, and products/systems</li><li>
Execute test requirements and processes for all applications, ensure QA policies and standards are met</li><li>

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to head our Quantitative Research and Trading team. This is a strategic leadership role that combines hands-on quantitative research with team building, fund positioning, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.</p><p>
As the Head of Quant, you will spearhead the development and execution of systematic trading strategies across Indian and global markets. You will manage a high-performing team of quantitative analysts, data scientists, and developers, while collaborating closely with the investment management team to align research outputs with business objectives and fund goals.</p></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

Qualifications &amp; Requirements</b></h2></div><div><ul><li>Minimum 10+ years of experience in quantitative research/trading, preferably in capital markets or hedge funds.</li><li>Proven track record of developing profitable trading strategies and managing teams.</li><li>Post-graduate degree (Master&rsquo;s or PhD preferred) in a quantitative field such as Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Computer Science.</li><li>Advanced programming skills in Python, R, or other analytical languages.</li><li>Familiarity with large datasets, financial data APIs, and time-series analysis.</li><li>Strong leadership, project management, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Exposure to Indian and global markets is a strong advantage.</li><li>Experience in investor communication or fund marketing is a plus.</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
