<div></div><div><div>Williams College is seeking a talented Web Producer to assist with the creation and implementation of web content for the college&rsquo;s public website. This is a one-year term position with the work focused on a significant site redesign.</div><div></div><div>
The Web Producer will build pages in the content management system (CMS) and coordinate with content owners, writers, editors, and designers to ensure timely delivery and consistency. The Web Producer will help select media and ensure content meets accessibility, SEO, and branding standards. Attention to detail, strong project coordination skills, and the ability to communicate proactively with project stakeholders are essential. Experience with web publishing, media selection, and digital asset management tools is required.</div><div></div><div>
Responsibilities:</div><ul><li><div>
Build pages in the content management system (CMS).</div></li><li><div>

Curate digital assets and help with media selection.</div></li><li><div>

Help identify content gaps and assist with content strategy.</div></li></ul><div></div><div>
Qualifications:</div><ul><li><div>
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is required.</div></li><li><div>
Expertise with web publishing, media selection, and digital asset management tools is required.</div></li><li><div>
Demonstrated ability to collaborate on content strategy, including evaluating web copy for clarity, tone, and alignment with user experience and brand goals.</div></li><li><div>
Excellent communication skills: ability to coordinate with content owners, writers, editors, and designers, and to articulate content strategy and requirements.</div></li><li><div>
Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects and priorities.</div></li><li><div>
Strong project coordination skills.</div></li><li><div>
Attention to detail is essential.</div></li><li><div>
Experience with the WordPress CMS preferred.</div></li></ul><div></div><div>

This position requires a minimum 3 days per week of on-campus, in person work, following a fully in-person onboarding period.</div><div></div><div>

Application review will begin on October 1, 2025. Pay range is from $79,000-$88,000, commensurate with experience.</div><div></div><div>
