Job Summary: 
We are seeking a reliable and organized Full-Time Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for our organization. This role is responsible for managing front desk operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring efficient day-to-day office functions. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner</li><li>
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls</li><li>
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries</li><li>
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area</li><li>
Perform data entry, filing, and document management tasks</li><li>
Assist with preparing reports, correspondence, and presentations</li><li>
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed</li><li>
Support various departments with administrative tasks</li><li>
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent
</li><li>Proven experience in a receptionist, administrative, or clerical role (preferred)</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li><li>
Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>
Excellent organizational and time management abilities</li><li>
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively</li><li>
Professional appearance and demeanor</li></ul>
Work Schedule:<ul><li>
Full-time (typically Monday&ndash;Friday, standard business hours)</li></ul>
