Job OverviewWe are looking for an Office Assistant to support administrative operations within our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer literacy, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Punctuality and dependability are very necessary.Duties<ul><li>Taking reservations in person and over the phone for fishing charters</li><li>Manually writing the reservations in a book as well as inputting the reservation into the computer. (Good handwriting and spelling is a must)</li><li>Answering questions as guest call in regarding what to expect on their fishing trip and what is allowed.</li><li>Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries with professional phone etiquette</li><li>Operate multi-line phone systems to direct calls accurately and efficiently</li><li>General administrative tasks such as copying, scanning, and organizing files</li><li>Provide customer support via phone or email.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Office experience or administrative background with organizational skills, communication skills with professional phone etiquette.</li><li>Computer literacy and familiarity with multi-line phone systems and office tools.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.</li><li>Punctuality and availability to work shifts scheduled</li></ul>Pay: $14.00 per hourWork Location: In person
