The Property Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the property. This role ensures the property delivers exceptional guest experiences, maintains operational efficiency, and achieves financial targets. The Property Manager will act as a liaison between the guests, staff, and management, driving quality standards across all aspects of the property.Key Responsibilities1. Operations Management<ul><li>Supervise all operational departments, including housekeeping, front office, maintenance, and food and beverage.</li><li>Ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day property operations and resolve any challenges promptly.</li><li>Monitor and maintain the quality of services and amenities offered to guests.</li></ul>2. Guest Relations<ul><li>Ensure exceptional guest experiences by addressing complaints, feedback, and special requests professionally.</li><li>Oversee guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring personalized service for every visitor.</li><li>Analyze guest satisfaction metrics and implement improvements to enhance the overall guest experience.</li></ul>3. Staff Management<ul><li>Recruit, train, and manage property staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.</li><li>Schedule and monitor staff performance, conducting regular reviews and providing constructive feedback.</li><li>Address staff concerns and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.</li></ul>4. Financial Management<ul><li>Prepare and monitor the property&rsquo;s budget, ensuring cost control and revenue targets are met.</li><li>Oversee billing, invoicing, and vendor payments, in coordination with the accounting team.</li><li>Identify opportunities for revenue generation, such as promotions, events, or upselling services.</li></ul>5. Maintenance and Upkeep<ul><li>Ensure the property&rsquo;s infrastructure, facilities, and equipment are well-maintained and operational.</li><li>Schedule and oversee preventive maintenance and repairs in coordination with the technical team.</li><li>Work with vendors and contractors to address maintenance needs or upgrades.</li></ul>6. Compliance and Safety<ul><li>Ensure adherence to local regulations, health and safety standards, and environmental guidelines.</li><li>Conduct regular safety drills and inspections to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff.</li><li>Manage licenses, certifications, and other regulatory requirements for property operations.</li></ul>7.
