 Job Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>
The Human Resources Director assists with internal and external HR related inquiries and requests.</li><li>
The Human Resources Director maintains confidential employee records and updates records of current staff.</li><li>
The Human Resources Director assists with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing background checks, scheduling interviews, providing in-services in corporate compliance mandates.</li><li>
The HR Director organizes orientation for new staff, assists with benefit administration and retention events in the facility.</li><li>
The HR Director process payroll for the facility and other assigned functions.</li></ul>
