Willow Health offers patients immediate access to evidence-based virtual crisis psychotherapy, medication management, certified peer coaching, care management, groups, and around the clock crisis coverage, while working to connect patients to the most appropriate next level of care.</div>

<div>As a behavioral health clinician, you will provide telehealth evidence-based behavioral health care including comprehensive clinical assessments, differential diagnosis, creating and implementing co-created clinical treatment plans and providing crisis psychotherapy. You will work alongside our diverse and passionate
</div><div>multidisciplinary clinical team taking care of Willow Health&rsquo;s patients and making an impact in building our clinical program. Our clinical team includes psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, licensed clinical social workers, licensed mental health clinicians, certified peer specialists, case managers, and clinical operations. We are looking for a thoughtful, empathic, and skilled clinician to join our highly motivated team to help improve behavioral health crisis care. This is a virtual role.</div>
</div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Day-to-Day Responsibilities</b></h3><div>
<ul><li>Perform comprehensive clinical assessments and develop differential diagnosis</li>
<li>Build therapeutic alliance with patients</li>
<li>Create and implement co-created personalized treatment plans with our multidisciplinary team</li>
<li>Conduct short-term crisis psychotherapy sessions utilizing supportive psychotherapy, motivational interviewing and/or problem solving therapy
</li><li>Manage a caseload of patients who you will follow for 8 to 12 weeks providing crisis psychotherapy</li>
<li>Conduct comprehensive risk assessment and safety planning</li>
<li>Utilize validated clinical tools to aid in differential diagnosis</li>
<li>Work across our multidisciplinary clinical team to facilitate comprehensive behavioral health crisis care</li>
<li>Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings</li>
<li>Maintain appropriate documentation of all patient-related care</li>
<li>Weekly clinical supervision</li>
<li>Work with our patients, their families, and their providers in the community to ensure comprehensive behavioral health care</li>

<div></div><div>Working hours for the clinic are Monday - Friday from 10:30am to 7:30pm, Eastern time.</div>
</div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Role Requirements</b></h3><div>
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree (or equivalent non-U.S. degree) in psychology, clinical social work, or related fields</li>
<li>Successful completion of master&rsquo;s of social work degree or master&rsquo;s of mental health counseling</li>
<li>Hold an active license of clinical social work or license for mental health counseling in New York</li>
<li>Maintain all state requirements and continuing education requirements to provide behavioral health care</li>
<li>Has experience with clinical assessments, developing differential diagnosis, creating and implementing clinical treatment plans</li>
<li>Has at least 2 years of clinical experience post-licensure</li>
<li>Has experience with clinical risk management, suicide risk assessment, and safety planning</li>
<li>Has experience and is comfortable with using validated clinical tools to help enhance clinical care</li>
<li>Has experience with and is comfortable with using technology and an EMR</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary clinical team</li>

<ul><li>Post degree experience in providing emergency mental health services and/or urgent behavioral healthcare</li>
<li>Comprehensive knowledge of substance abuse, mental health, and recovery issues and principles</li>
<li>Has experience with using clinical outcomes to help enhance clinical care</li>
<li>Has experience launching and iterating on a clinical care model, (preferred, not required)
</li><li>Has experience with problem solving therapy, motivational interviewing, supportive psychotherapy</li>

<div>The listed salary range for this role reflects a range of potential seniority levels, experience, and clinical scope. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, years of clinical experience, licensure, relevant specialty expertise, and role level.</div>
