To be <b>QUALIFIED</b> for this position, we require a high school diploma OR GED, CDA or higher, and the ability to pass all background checks. A <i>plus</i> if you have previous childcare experience!
</p><p><b>Required Shift: </b>Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM</p><p><b>
Compensation: $20 -$23 an hour</b>, based on education and experience</p><div>

</div><div><b>Main </b><b>Job Responsibilities:
</b></div><ul><li>Prepare lesson plans that are developmentally appropriate one week in advance using current curriculum guides.</li><li>
Implement lesson plans/curriculum on a weekly basis covering all areas of child development and carry out lesson plans according to classroom schedule/daily routine; Use our parent communication app efficiently.</li><li>
Establish a professional level of rapport with each family to provide quality care for the children.</li></ul><ul><li>
Responsible for the safety and well-being of each child, responding to their emotional needs; and maintaining an organized, clean, safe, and appropriately decorated classroom.</li><li>
Maintain a child assessment and portfolio for each child, as well as conduct biannual parent/teacher conferences during the month of November and May.</li><li>
Physical ability to work around small children including sitting, standing, walking, running, and climbing stairs.</li></ul><ul><li>
Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and fulfill all physical requirements of the role.</li><li>
Carry out the daily responsibilities of the classroom relating to the care of the children.</li></ul><div></div><p><b><br>
