 We are looking for a &ldquo;Area Sales Specialist&rdquo; to be assigned to the in Sales Department of the Turkish organization.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree of Mechanical Engineering or a related field,
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or account management roles within the HVAC sector,
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers at all levels,
 </li>
 <li>
 Team player with a result-oriented, self-motivated personality capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines,
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced level of English,
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in MS Office applications,
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical mindset and ability to assess customer needs, market dynamics, and dealer performance,
 </li>
 <li>
 No travel restrictions
 </li>

 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Conduct regular and structured customer visits to assess needs and recommend appropriate product solutions,
 </li>
 <li>
 Track the performance and market potential of dealers within the assigned territory.,
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze customer and dealer inquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate effectively, and finalize sales processes in line with targeted revenue and profitability levels,
 </li>
 <li>
 Determine appropriate commercial conditions and solutions within delegated authority, ensuring alignment with the company&rsquo;s sales strategy,
 </li>
 <li>
 Use the CRM system effectively to plan and record customer visits, maintain historical data, and ensure full visibility of field activities,
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor relevant tenders within the responsibility area and prepare timely and accurate quotations,
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and submit periodic reports requested by the Department Manager, covering regional performance, opportunities, and action plans,
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and execute action plans to achieve sales volume and profitability targets in line with the company&rsquo;s commercial objectives
 </li>
