<b>The Opportunity</b><br>

We are seeking a versatile Graphic Designer who blends creative excellence with a performance mindset. This role involves designing high-impact assets across digital, print, web, and video to support lead generation and campaign performance. You will collaborate closely with many in our marketing team to create visuals that convert.<br>

<b>Accountable for</b><ul><li>
Ad Creatives: Design and iterate on ad creatives for Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, and social channels.</li><li>
Graphics Development: Produce static and motion graphics for paid media, landing pages, emails, and social content.</li><li>
Marketing Materials: Create and update print and digital collateral, including brochures, signage, one-sheets, and internal materials.</li><li>
Video Graphics: Edit photos and videos, and create motion graphics for YouTube ads and short-form content.</li><li>
Optimization: Optimize creative assets based on performance data and A/B testing insights.</li><li>
Collaboration: Work cross-functionally to align visuals with campaign goals and brand voice.</li><li>
Brand Consistency: Maintain brand consistency while evolving the visual identity in a competitive landscape.</li><li>
Project Management: Manage multiple fast-paced projects with efficiency and attention to detail.</li></ul><br>
<b>
Qualifications</b><ul><li>
3&ndash;5+ years in graphic design, with a focus on digital marketing and advertising.</li><li>
Demonstrated performance-driven creative work, including ads, social, email, and landing pages.</li><li>
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Figma, Canva.</li><li>
Experience with video and motion tools (After Effects, Premiere, Final Cut).</li><li>
Understanding of design for performance metrics like CTR, engagement, and conversions.</li><li>
Strong collaboration and communication skills within cross-functional teams.</li><li>
Bonus: Experience in print, environmental design, or evolving brand systems.</li></ul><br>
