<div>The Senior Human Resources Business Partner serves as a strategic partner to leadership at Wilson Creek Winery, driving people initiatives that support business goals, operational excellence, and a strong workplace culture. This role balances strategic planning with hands-on execution in a dynamic hospitality and winery setting.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Act as a strategic Sr. HRBP to department managers and supervisors.</li><li>
Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters, investigations, performance management, attendance, and corrective action.</li><li>
Guide workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.</li><li>
Partner with leadership on organizational design and change management.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws, with deep expertise in California regulations.</li><li>
Analyze HR metrics (turnover, engagement, absenteeism) and recommend data-driven solutions.</li><li>
Collaborate on compensation, benefits, and retention strategies.</li><li>
Support recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding for hourly and salaried positions.</li><li>
Support training initiatives, including leadership development and compliance training.</li><li>
Administer HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook updates.</li><li>
Partner with payroll and benefits team to ensure accurate employee records.</li><li>
Support engagement initiatives, employee recognition, and retention efforts.</li><li>
Ensure HR practices align with winery operations, hospitality standards, and seasonal staffing needs.</li><li>
Champion Wilson Creek Winery&rsquo;s culture, values, and employee experience.</li></ul>
Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.</li><li>
3-5 years of progressive HR experience, including business partner or leadership roles.</li><li>
Working knowledge of California employment law (wage &amp; hour, leaves, harassment prevention).</li><li>
Strong background in employee relations, compliance, and leadership coaching.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to influence leaders and manage change.</li><li>
Experience in hospitality, food &amp; beverage, agriculture, or service industries preferred.</li><li>
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>
Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.</li></ul>

Senior Human Resources Business Partner

<div>Provide support to the Marketing department in marketing, public relations, advertising, event marketing, social media, website content, and creative services. Works closely with the marketing team to ensure all work aligns with current advertising and marketing strategy, digital initiatives, and deadlines. This role includes project coordination, digital content management, and assisting in the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>
Provide clerical and administrative support, including customer service, e-commerce support, vendor communication, and internal departmental communication.</li><li>
Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring integration across digital and traditional channels.</li><li>
Assist in the creation, updating, and distribution of marketing collateral, media content, custom labels, emails, and website content.</li><li>
Assist in digital marketing initiatives, including social media content creation and scheduling, email marketing campaigns, website updates, and analytics tracking.</li><li>
Maintain the marketing project database, track project progress, and manage marketing materials inventory.</li><li>
Support planning and execution of events, donations, and offsite marketing initiatives.</li><li>
Participate in offsite events as required.</li><li>
Assist in reporting and analyzing marketing campaign results, providing recommendations for improvement.</li><li>
Any other marketing-related duties as assigned by the VP of Marketing.</li></ul>
QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree and 3&ndash;5 years of relevant marketing experience, including digital marketing and campaign execution.</li><li>
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital marketing tools (CMS, email marketing platforms, social media management tools).</li><li>
Strong organizational, project management, and administrative skills, including phone etiquette and professionalism.</li><li>
Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and discretion with confidential information.</li><li>
Creative with strong graphic design skills, visual storytelling abilities, and understanding of branding standards.</li><li>
Familiarity with digital marketing metrics, SEO, web analytics, and social media performance reporting.</li></ul></div>
