In this role, you&rsquo;ll help shape the employee experience and build the people processes that support our continued growth and success. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</b></h3><div><br>
You&rsquo;ll support key areas of HR including talent acquisition, onboarding, benefits administration, employee engagement, and process development. This is an in-person position that offers hands-on collaboration, visibility across departments, and the opportunity to grow your HR career within a supportive and evolving organization.<br>
</div><div><b>Onboarding &amp; Offboarding:</b></div><ul>
<li>Own and continuously improve the onboarding process to ensure new hires feel welcomed and prepared.</li>
<li>Coordinate offboarding logistics and exit interviews.</li>
</ul><div><b>Talent Acquisition Support:</b></div><ul>
<li>Partner with internal stakeholders to coordinate job postings, screen candidates, and schedule interviews and conduct reference checks.</li>
<li>Support a positive and efficient candidate experience.</li>
</ul><div><b>Benefits Administration:</b></div><ul>
<li>Support benefits enrollment and changes, respond to employee questions, and coordinate with vendors.</li>
<li>Ensure a smooth and informative benefits experience for all employees.</li>
</ul><div><b>Process Building &amp; Optimization:</b></div><ul>
<li>Identify and implement improvements to HR workflows, documentation, and systems.</li>
<li>Help build scalable processes that support a growing organization.</li>
</ul><div><b>Employee Engagement:</b></div><ul>
<li>Assist in planning and executing initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture.</li>
<li>Support employee recognition, surveys, and internal communications.</li>
</ul><div><b>HR Compliance &amp; Recordkeeping</b></div><ul>
<li>Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.</li>
<li>Assist with audits and reporting requirements (e.g., EEO-1, ACA, OSHA logs).</li>
</ul><div><b>Performance Management Support</b></div><ul>
<li>Coordinate performance review cycles and help managers with goal setting and feedback processes.</li>
<li>Track completion and follow up on performance documentation.</li></ul><br>

Experience:</b></div><ul>
<li>Minimum 4 years in an HR generalist or similar role, preferably in a growing or fast-paced company</li>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in human resources, Business, or related field preferred</li>

<li>Highly organized and detail-oriented</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills</li>
<li>Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-driven</li>
