<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field</li>
<li>7+ Years of Progressive Human Resources experience</li>
<li>3+ Years of Leadership or supervisory experience</li>
<li>Experience developing and leading teams</li>
<li>HRIS, reporting, and process improvement experience</li>
<li>Employee relations experience</li>
<li>Strong communication and relationship-building skills</li>
</ul><div><b>Preferred</b></div>
<ul><li>Healthcare Human Resources experience</li>
<li>Experience supervising Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition staff</li>
<li>Experience supporting regulatory, accreditation, audit, or compliance activities</li>
<li>PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification</li>

 The Patient Care Technician team at Wilson Health plays an important role in supporting bedside patient care. Working closely with nurses and other clinical staff, PCTs assist with daily patient care needs and help ensure a safe, supportive, and compassionate environment for patients and families. The patient population may include pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.

 The Patient Care Technician (PCT) provides bedside nursing care and performs general unit duties under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse. In this role, you assist in meeting the physical and emotional needs of patients while supporting the nursing team in delivering high-quality care.    Assist RN/LPN in meeting the physical and emotional needs of patients on the assigned unit

   Support patient care activities for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients

   Carry out assigned treatments and procedures under the direction of nursing staff
  </li>
  <li>
   Maintain professional standards of practice and demonstrate competence in patient care tasks
  </li>
  <li>
   Provide care that respects the dignity, individuality, and worth of each patient
  </li>
  <li>
   Support a safe, respectful, and compassionate care environment
  </li>

   Perform additional duties as assigned within the scope of the department

   Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
