 About The Role
 
 
 
 InfasME is seeking a highly organized and results-driven
 
 Project Lead
 
 to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent stakeholder communication skills, and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and modern PM tools.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 Project Management &amp; Delivery
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Plan, assign, and track daily tasks to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor team deliverables and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
 </li>
 <li>
 Take full ownership of project lifecycle&mdash;from initiation to successful delivery.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify risks, proactively resolve issues, and ensure high-quality outcomes.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Stakeholder &amp; Communication Management
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provide regular status updates to senior leadership, including the Head of Department and CEO.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as the main point of contact between technical teams and stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Align project roadmaps, timelines, and expectations across all parties.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements &amp; Planning
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Collaborate with the Marketing Team to gather and define business requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate business needs into actionable development tasks and deliverables.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage project timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Agile &amp; Tools
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage projects in sprints using Agile methodologies (Scrum preferred).
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct daily stand-ups and team briefings to track progress and resolve blockers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Utilize tools such as Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, and other Agile platforms for tracking and reporting.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Team Leadership
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead, coach, and support team members to enhance performance and engagement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor attendance, timesheets, and leave schedules for effective resource planning.
 </li>
 <li>
 Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support performance evaluations and professional development of team members.
 
 
 </li>

 Operational &amp; Reporting
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Contribute to departmental planning and process improvements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare detailed reports on project progress, performance, and outcomes.
 </li>

 Support change management initiatives within the team and organization.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 5&ndash;7 years of experience in project management within a technology environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum preferred).
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Azure DevOps.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational and time management abilities.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Preferred Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working in cross-functional teams and fast-paced environments.
 </li>
