Job Summary</b></h1><div>
As a Bartender, you are responsible for maintaining beverage control, ensuring accurate pouring, and serving of products, while keeping the bar area clean and organized. You will provide exceptional service that aligns with the club&rsquo;s standards and meets or exceeds member expectations. You will consistently uphold the 3-steps of service at every opportunity to enhance the member and guest experience.</div><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

Reports to the Director of Food &amp; Beverage, Director of Beverage, Director of Restaurants, or Director of Banquets</div></li></ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Day to Day</b></h1><ul><li><div>
Deliver high standards of service as outlined in the F&amp;B service training program.</div></li><li><div>
Assist with the service of food and beverages to members and guests at the bar.
</div></li><li><div>Know members&rsquo; names, greet them promptly, provide a warm and personalized experience.</div></li><li><div>
Accurately execute member and guest orders and requests in a timely manner.</div></li><li><div>
Address and resolve member and guest complaints professionally, notifying management of issues and practicing effective service recovery.</div></li><li><div>
Prepare the bar area for service by setting up bottles, garnishes, glassware, and ice, ensuring all items are fully stocked and in place at the star of each shift.</div></li><li><div>
Consistently check the bar area for cleanliness and maintain an orderly and organized work area, including regular sanitizing.</div></li><li><div>
Ensure daily assignments and side work are complete to meet club standards, including restocking and refilling supplies.</div></li><li><div>
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the a la carte menu, including daily features and specials that may not be on the menu.
</div></li><li><div>Ensure all liquor items are properly stocked, accurately poured, and responsibly managed to maintain beverage control.</div></li><li><div>
Possess and maintain clear knowledge of all liquors, beers, and wines available at the club.
</div></li><li><div>Support fellow employees and contribute to a positive team environment. Be proactive in assisting members and guests ensuring delivery of the 3-steps of service.</div></li><li><div>
Complete additional duties as assigned by management.</div></li><li><div>
Stay aware of and actively participate in team efforts, providing support wherever needed.</div></li><li><div>

Address and resolve challenges using available resources, working with regional and corporate teams to support club operations.</div></li><li><div>
Attend daily briefings and actively engage in required activities to stay informed and contribute to the team&rsquo;s success.</div></li><li><div>

About You</b></h1><div>
Preferred</div><ul><li><div>
High school diploma or equivalent.</div></li><li><div>
Certification in alcohol and food safety awareness.</div></li><li><div>
Previous experience in Food &amp; Beverage service.</div></li><li><div>
Excellent communication skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately.</div></li><li><div>
Strong commitment to maintaining the highest ethical work standards.</div></li><li><div>
Comfortable working in both indoor and occasional outdoor environments.</div></li><li><div>
Basic bar and wine knowledge, including but not limited to various cocktails and wine varietals.</div></li><li><div>
Ability to properly open a bottle of wine with a wine tool.</div></li></ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Physical Requirements</b></h1><ul><li><div>
Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods.</div></li><li><div>
Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments, with potential exposure to dust, fumes, or gases.</div></li><li><div>
Capable of climbing ladders, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, bending, and folding/unfolding as required.</div></li><li><div>
Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs. occasionally.</div></li><li><div>
Effective communication skills, including talking and hearing, with sufficient visual acuity.</div></li></ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
