 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 &middot; Work within creative timelines, handle work flow and maintain overall accuracy of work with account team and support of the creative director.
 
 
 
 
 &middot; Execute projects based on direction of account management and creative director.
 
 
 
 
 &middot; Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client specification.
 
 
 
 
 &middot; Contribute new designs/concepts as needed.
 
 
 
 
 &middot; Keep abreast of current design, cultural trends and technology.
 
 
 
 
 &middot; Create concepts, designs, and layouts based on knowledge of creative artwork principles and esthetic design concepts.
 
 
 
 
 &middot; Maintain brand integrity for each client.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Professional Skills and Requirements
 
 
 
 
 &middot; Must have a minimum of 3 years of agency or professional design experience.
 
 
 
 
 &middot; Specifically looking for skill sets that touch graphic design, digital design and production.
 
 
 
 
 &middot; Ability to create design layouts based on concepts and/or direction from creative briefs.
 
 
 
 
 &middot; Skilled in developing and articulating visual concepts.
 
 
 
 
 &middot; Understanding of digital and print processes.
 
 
 
 
 &middot; Strong conceptual development, visualization, typography, and print design layout skills.
 
 
 
 
 &middot; Knowledge of pre-press accuracy and print production.
 
 
 
 
 &middot; A portfolio that demonstrates comprehensive integrated marketing campaigns.
 
 
 
 
 &middot; A positive attitude, strong communication skills and an adventurous spirit.
 
 
 
 
 &middot; Attention to detail and accuracy on all phases of design process.
 
 
 
 
 &middot; Creative and persistent problem solver.
