WindowStill is seeking a Real Estate Media Editor to join our in-office production team in Ann Arbor. This role is responsible for editing real estate photography and video content to ensure consistent, high-quality deliverables for our clients nationwide.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient with high volumes of media, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.Duties<ul><li>Edit real estate photography including:</li><li>HDR blending</li><li>Color correction</li><li>Window pulls</li><li>Sky replacements</li><li>Object removal</li><li>Edit real estate listing videos and walkthroughs</li><li>Color correct and enhance footage using DaVinci Resolve</li><li>Edit and assemble video projects in Final Cut Pro</li><li>Edit and enhance real estate photography</li><li>Perform exposure correction, color adjustments, and basic retouching</li><li>Maintain consistent editing style and brand standards</li><li>Organize and manage digital media files</li><li>Meet production deadlines in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>Real estate media editing experience</li><li>Drone footage editing</li><li>Photography editing experience</li><li>Knowledge of MLS or real estate marketing media</li><li>Experience with Final Cut Pro</li><li>Experience with DaVinci Resolve</li></ul>Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
