ABOUT THE ROLE 
Windsor is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual to support the daily operation and appearance of our Duluth office as a part-time Office Cleaning &amp; Stocking Coordinator. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, welcoming workspace and ensuring that office snacks, beverages, and supplies are well stocked. This position plays an important role in creating a positive and productive environment for our team while supporting daily office needs through organization, cleanliness, and consistency. Schedule for this part-time hourly position is flexible and we anticipate between 5-10 hours per week. 
WHAT YOU'LL DO<ul><li>
Demonstrate Windsor&rsquo;s core values: The Right Attitude, Ownership, and Constant Improvement.</li><li>
Perform weekly cleaning of the Duluth office including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.</li><li>
Clean and sanitize countertops, tabletops, and desks.</li><li>
Dust surfaces and clean office windows as needed.</li><li>
Empty trash and recycling throughout the office.</li><li>
Maintain stocked break room supplies including snacks, coffee, and beverages.</li><li>
Purchase and restock office cleaning supplies.</li><li>
Monitor and purchase paper goods such as paper towels, napkins, tissues, plates, and utensils.</li><li>
Purchase and restock miscellaneous office supplies including printer paper, ink, pens, and other general needs.</li><li>
Communicate proactively when supplies are running low.</li><li>
Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining consistent quality and reliability.</li><li>
Complete duties outside of normal office hours when possible to minimize disruption (early mornings, evenings, or weekends).</li></ul> 
QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>
Prior experience in cleaning, custodial work, office support, or similar responsibilities preferred.</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization.</li><li>
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.</li><li>
Reliable transportation required.</li><li>
Ability to lift and carry light to moderate supplies estimated up to 40 pounds.</li><li>
Dependable, trustworthy, and consistent in attendance.</li><li>
Flexible availability to work outside standard business hours.</li></ul>
