&middot; Read &amp; Check : Plans &amp; Drawings&middot; Study all drawing specification and checklist, discuss changes with Technical Head and Coordinate with the architect accordingly&middot; Organize and plan daily work with contractors as per the meeting with Project Manager&middot; Supervise and execute construction as per the approved drawing, specification and time schedule&middot; Make a list of Weekly material requisition to be reconciled&middot; Ensure procurement of material and labor to ensure continuous flow of work&middot; Keep track on consumption and wastage of material, daily work output, etc.&middot; Check and certify external agency and contractor bills for proceedings&middot; Ensure Quality and safety standards at site&middot; Efficiently and effectively utilizes the manpower, material and equipment to achieve higher productivity&middot; Prepare weekly, monthly, reports for planned verses actual&middot; Documentation &amp; Coordination&middot; Time to time work review&middot; Maintenance Work, Coordination &amp; problem solving with team regarding exiting customer complain&middot; Coordination with the CRM &amp; customer related to internal premises design changesJob Type: Full-timePay: Up to &#8377;65,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
