Responsibilities: - Bartending, food production, and customer service - Ensure that all drinks and food items are prepared and served according to company standards - Manage inventory and order supplies as needed - Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction - Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner - Maintain a clean and organized bar area - Adhere to all health and safety regulationsSkills: - Previous experience in bartending or a related field - Strong knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages and their preparation methods - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with a diverse clientele - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Strong leadership and communication skills - Knowledge of food production and catering is a plus - Experience as an assistant manager or in banquet operations is preferred - Familiarity with coffee preparation techniques is desirablePlease note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.Summary: As a Bartender, you will be a vital team member responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our patrons.
