About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Service Cloud to join our team. The ideal candidate will have around 3 years of hands-on experience in designing, customizing, and implementing Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service processes.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Design, configure, and customize Salesforce Service Cloud features such as Case Management, Knowledge Base, Omnichannel, Service Console, and Entitlements.</li><li>Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Flow to enhance Service Cloud functionality.</li><li>Integrate Service Cloud with third-party applications and internal systems.</li><li>Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.</li><li>Work on automation, workflow rules, process builder, and advanced flows to streamline service operations.</li><li>Ensure code quality through unit testing and adherence to Salesforce best practices.</li><li>Participate in deployment, release management, and ongoing support activities.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>3+ years of Salesforce development experience with a focus on Service Cloud.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Case Management, Service Console, Email-to-Case, Live Chat, and Knowledge Base.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Flows.</li><li>Good understanding of Salesforce security model and data model.</li><li>Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations.</li><li>Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification (preferred, not mandatory).</li></ul>Soft Skills<ul><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Good communication and client interaction skills.</li><li>Self-driven with a learning mindset.</li></ul>Why Join Us?<ul><li>Opportunity to work on challenging Salesforce Service Cloud implementations.</li><li>Exposure to the latest Salesforce technologies and cross-cloud projects.</li><li>Collaborative work environment with growth opportunities.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;40,000.00 - &#8377;75,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
