About the Role:

Wing is looking for a Program Manager, Hardware Engineering Project Specialist to join our Technical Program Management team. This role is hybrid based in Palo Alto, CA. The position seeks highly-motivated individuals who enjoy working in a highly dynamic team environment. The successful candidate brings deep knowledge of hardware development and manufacturing processes, vendor relations and working with Contract Manufacturers (CM). You have experience with Product Data Management/Product Lifecycle Management tools (e.g. Agile), with knowledge of hardware Bill of Materials (BOM) structures and change control concepts. We're looking for people who are intrinsically driven to solve hard problems with stunningly simple solutions, move fast, and are highly adaptive.

What You'll Do:
<ul>
<li>Travel to support hardware development builds and manage product labeling and build documentations</li>
<li>Manage the New Product Introduction (NPI) product build matrix (system configuration decoder), tracking material readiness, tracking engineering parallel paths and investigations, and product configurations</li>
<li>Lead a weekly build readiness meeting with the Contract Manufacturing team, and provide training to partners on related deliverables (how to read build matrix, allocation/shipment planning and applicable build matrix database training)</li>
<li>Manage system allocation database, provide allocation direction, track system delivery schedules, ensure timely distribution to all product groups, and update device tracking tool</li>
<li>Coordinate with product development and MechEng &amp; EE engineering teams to ensure BOM readiness in Agile prior to builds</li>
<li>Manage NPI build asset tracking.</li>
<li>Be able to support either system, module or sustaining work as needed</li>
</ul>
What You'll Need:
<ul>
<li>5+ years of program management experience in hardware development</li>
<li>5+ years experience in working with CMs/vendors, providing guidance and driving results within hardware development life-cycle</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience</li>
<li>Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex spreadsheets and coordinate across cross-functional teams and job functions</li>
<li>Excellent multitasking abilities, with the ability to effectively prioritize when working on multiple tasks/projects, coordinating priorities, and process/tool initiatives</li>
<li>Proven to be a strong leader with demonstrated project management and supply chain management skills</li>
<li>Excellent written and oral communication, analytical and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Motivated, results driven and extremely detail oriented</li>
<li>Demonstrate leadership skills to help drive meetings and initiatives</li>

 We are seeking a highly-motivated, detail oriented, and collaborative individual to join our growing accounting team. A successful candidate is one who thrives in a highly dynamic environment and looks to partner across the organization to build systematic accounting solutions to support our growth. The candidate will be responsible for establishing and owning relationships across the organization to build out critical general ledger accounting policies to support our growth, including leasing &amp; fixed assets. This position will be responsible for leading month-end close activities and aligning our business operations to accounting standards. This position requires a strong understanding of US GAAP, comfort with ambiguity and change, and a growth mindset with passion for continuous improvement.
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Do:
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Own month end close responsibilities for critical accounting processes, including journal entries &amp; critical reconciliations
 </li>
 <li>
 Support reporting &amp; other deliverable coordination with Alphabet
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with System implementation projects to improve core ERP functionality
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify system enhancements to accelerate close cycle, while maintaining accuracy
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain ownership of Chart of Account structure, including new account &amp; cost center creation
 </li>
 <li>
 Review significant vendor contracts to ensure alignment with policies &amp; optimize accounting processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Review &amp; provide accounting operations guidance on new leasing transactions or significant asset purchases
 </li>
 <li>
 Strengthen and/or implement internal controls to maintain financial accuracy &amp; integrity
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with finance &amp; other stakeholders to provide timely &amp; transparent guidance on accounting impacts for key transactions
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Need:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 12+ years of relevant accounting experience, within technology, logistics, or manufacturing industries
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent practical experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) License is preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding and application of accounting principles and financial reporting (GAAP required or IFRS is a nice to have)
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with SAP S/4 or equivalent ERP
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience evaluating contracts &amp; operationalizing contracts under ASC 842
 </li>
 <li>
 A builder mindset that enjoys turning ambiguous workflows into streamlined, automated, and reliable processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience establishing and implementing processes that scale with business
 </li>
 <li>

 The US base salary range for this full-time position is the salary range below + bonus + equity + benefits. Wing&rsquo;s salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your location during the hiring process.
 
 
 Salary Range: $199,000 USD - $212,000 USD
