The ideal candidate can independently troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, collaborate with multiple technical teams, and help move cloud operations from reactive support toward proactive engineering.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Design, administer, and troubleshoot AWS cloud infrastructure.</li><li>Manage EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, EBS, Route 53, load balancers, CloudWatch, KMS, and related AWS services.</li><li>Design secure public, private, application, and database subnet architectures.</li><li>Manage CIDR planning, route tables, internet gateways, NAT gateways, security groups, and network ACLs.</li><li>Support VPC peering, Transit Gateway, VPN connectivity, and multi-account environments.</li><li>Develop and maintain Terraform modules, variables, outputs, and remote state.</li><li>Write and manage IAM policies, roles, permission sets, and least-privilege access controls.</li><li>Support IAM Identity Center and Microsoft Entra ID integration.</li><li>Implement AWS Organizations, organizational units, and Service Control Policies.</li><li>Configure AWS WAF rules, managed rule groups, IP restrictions, rate limits, and application-security controls.</li><li>Improve infrastructure monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability using CloudWatch, Datadog, or similar tools.</li><li>Troubleshoot EC2, Linux, DNS, routing, application connectivity, and production incidents.</li><li>Support AWS WorkSpaces, golden images, encryption, and endpoint-security integrations.</li><li>Review AWS utilization and identify cost-optimization opportunities.</li><li>Create technical documentation, operational procedures, and incident reports.</li><li>Work with DevOps, security, development, and infrastructure teams.</li><li>Use AI-assisted engineering tools to improve automation, troubleshooting, and documentation.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Five or more years of hands-on AWS cloud engineering experience.</li><li>Strong Linux systems-administration and production-support experience.</li><li>Advanced knowledge of AWS networking and VPC architecture.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Terraform and infrastructure as code.</li><li>Experience writing and troubleshooting IAM policies.</li><li>Strong understanding of security groups, network ACLs, routing, NAT gateways, and internet gateways.</li><li>Experience with CloudWatch, Datadog, or another enterprise monitoring platform.</li><li>Experience troubleshooting production cloud and networking incidents.</li><li>Strong scripting skills using Bash, Python, or similar languages.</li><li>Understanding of cloud security, encryption, logging, vulnerability remediation, and least-privilege access.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience with AWS WAF and application-security rules.</li><li>Experience with IAM Identity Center and Microsoft Entra ID.</li><li>Experience with AWS Organizations and Service Control Policies.</li><li>Experience managing AWS WorkSpaces and golden images.</li><li>Experience with Ansible, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or other automation and CI/CD tools.</li><li>Experience supporting Docker or Kubernetes environments.</li><li>AWS certification is preferred but not required.</li><li>Experience working in a consulting or client-facing environment.</li></ul>What Success Looks LikeThe successful candidate will:<ul><li>Improve the security and reliability of the AWS environment.</li><li>Reduce repetitive manual work through Terraform and automation.</li><li>Strengthen IAM, networking, and compliance controls.</li><li>Improve monitoring and identify problems before they cause outages.</li><li>Resolve production incidents quickly and document preventive actions.</li><li>Help reduce unnecessary AWS infrastructure costs.</li><li>Take ownership of assigned projects and collaborate effectively across teams.</li></ul>Pay: Rs300,000.00 - Rs400,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
