</b><ul><li>Proficiency in SEO (On-page, Off-page &amp; Technical SEO) to improve rankings and visibility.</li>
<li>Strong experience in SEM/PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.</li>
<li>Hands-on expertise with Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager &amp; Data Studio for reporting and insights.</li>
<li>Knowledge of Content Marketing &amp; Email Marketing using tools like Mailchimp/HubSpot.</li>
<li>Ability to optimize conversion funnels through CRO techniques, A/B testing &amp; performance tracking.</li>
<li>Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Figma, or Photoshop for creative requirements.</li>
</ul> <b>Operational Skills:</b>
<ul><li>Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring a digital marketing team.</li>
<li>Strong ability to plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns.</li>
<li>Expertise in budget allocation &amp; ROI optimization for digital campaigns.</li>
<li>Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with design, sales, and product teams.</li>
<li>Effective project &amp; time management using tools like Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.</li>
<li>Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills with a data-driven mindset.</li></ul></div></div>
