 We are looking for an experienced Facility Supervisor to join our team immediately.
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements
 
 
 Minimum experience as a Facility Supervisor is mandatory
 
 
 Strong knowledge of Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing and HVAC systems
 
 
 Experience in PPM and reactive maintenance
 
 
 Strong team and contractor management skills
 
 
 Asian candidates preferred
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 Manage daily site operations
 
 
 Supervise maintenance activities including PPM and reactive work
 
 
 Handle Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing and HVAC works
 
 
 Coordinate subcontractors and ensure timely completion
 
 
 Conduct inspections and maintain reports
