This role combines deep requirement analysis with client success ownership, ensuring products are delivered with clarity, alignment, and sustained value.Key Responsibilities Partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to define, document, and prioritize requirements for enterprise-grade mobile and digital platforms Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, workflows, wireframes, and process flows Own client onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives aligned with product delivery and roadmap milestones Lead discovery workshops, requirement grooming sessions, and ongoing feedback loops Create and manage product backlogs, roadmaps, and acceptance criteria in Agile/Scrum environments Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring usability, value delivery, and intuitive product experiences Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and development teams to drive timely, high-quality releases Track and analyze performance metrics, project health, and outcomes to support continuous improvement Build and present dashboards, reports, and insights highlighting KPIs and progress Support post-launch initiatives including feedback analysis, enhancement planning, and success measurementRequired Qualifications 9&ndash;12+ years of experience in business analysis, product ownership, or client-facing roles within product-driven organizations Strong experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting complex business requirements in mobile or digital product environments Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and related practices Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, or similar Good understanding of mobile application lifecycle and app-store ecosystems Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate between business and technical teams Experience with KPIs, budget tracking, forecasting, and reporting Familiarity with UML, BPMN, wireframing, and mockup tools Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, high-growth environmentsJob Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
