WHAT WE&rsquo;LL NEED</b></p><div><p>
The Associate Manager &ndash; Regional Marketing &amp; Growth serves as a strategic operational partner to the Regional Marketing team, helping drive business growth through effective project management, cross-functional collaboration, and scalable operational processes.</p></div><div><p>
You will lead complex marketing initiatives from concept through execution, ensuring Regional Marketing Managers and Brand Partners have the tools, resources, and support needed to successfully execute marketing programs and business priorities.</p></div><div><p>
Your work will directly impact the effectiveness, consistency, and scalability of Regional Marketing initiatives while enabling field teams to focus on strategic market planning and partner support.</p><ul><li><p>

Develop project plans, timelines, workflows, and communication strategies to ensure successful execution</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Project Management, or related field</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
5+ years of experience in marketing operations, program management, project management, or a related role</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Proven ability to lead complex projects and influence cross-functional stakeholders</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Strong project management, organizational, and process-development skills</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to confidently engage senior leaders</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Demonstrated business acumen and strong problem-solving abilities</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
