This is an exciting opportunity to develop your retail skills while contributing to a vibrant team dedicated to excellence.Duties<ul><li>Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately </li><li>Greet customers warmly, providing excellent customer service through clear communication and friendly phone etiquette </li><li>Handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and other payment methods with precision and integrity </li><li>Assist customers with product demos, upselling items, and answering questions about store merchandise </li><li>Maintain clean and organized checkout areas, restocking supplies and merchandising products as needed </li><li>Support stocking and inventory tasks to ensure shelves are well-stocked and visually appealing </li><li>Provide product information, promote special offers, and suggest additional purchases to enhance the shopping experience</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Previous cashiering experience in a retail or grocery store setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided </li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers and team members </li><li>Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and calculating totals or discounts </li><li>Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve our diverse customer base better </li><li>Experience with POS systems, merchandising, stocking, and retail sales is highly desirable </li><li>Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership qualities are advantageous for growth opportunities </li><li>Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform physical tasks related to stocking and merchandising</li></ul>Bring your enthusiasm and dedication to our team!
