If you&rsquo;re ready to make an impact and grow with a dynamic company, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Social Media Management: Assist in the creation, scheduling, and optimization of content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).</li><li>Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging posts, stories, videos, and graphics tailored to different social media channels.</li><li>Community Engagement: Monitor social media accounts, engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and help foster a positive online community.</li><li>Campaign Support: Assist with the execution of social media campaigns, including research, planning, and reporting on key metrics.</li><li>Analytics &amp; Reporting: Track performance across social media channels and assist in generating reports on metrics like engagement, reach, and conversions.</li><li>Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital marketing.</li><li>Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including designers, copywriters, and content creators, to ensure a cohesive social media strategy.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Basic knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and trends.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>A keen eye for detail and creativity in content creation.</li><li>Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.</li><li>Previous experience in digital marketing or social media (internships or freelance work welcome).</li><li>Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, native platform insights) is a plus.</li><li>A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and marketing strategies.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From &#8377;15,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
