The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategies to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and drive revenue across multiple channels.Key ResponsibilitiesSales<ul><li>Develop and manage sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.</li><li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and key accounts.</li><li>Build and maintain strong customer relationships to maximize repeat business.</li><li>Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, negotiations, and deal closure.</li></ul>Marketing<ul><li>Create and implement marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, and offline) to drive brand awareness and demand generation.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.</li><li>Manage content creation for website, blogs, brochures, and promotional materials.</li><li>Track and report on campaign performance, ROI, and lead conversions.</li></ul>Leadership &amp; Collaboration<ul><li>Coordinate with product, operations, and senior management to align marketing and sales efforts.</li><li>Mentor and guide a small team or external agencies as needed.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).</li><li>Experience: Minimum 3+ years in a sales and/or marketing role, with proven success in meeting revenue and growth targets.</li><li>Solid understanding of digital marketing, social media, and CRM tools.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns.</li><li>Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
