 Client Success Manager &ndash; International Accounts
 
 to join our dynamic team. This role plays a vital part in supporting our international operations by managing client relationships, coordinating business processes, and ensuring smooth communication across borders.

 Client Success Manager &ndash; International Accounts
 
 , you will be responsible for managing relationships with international clients, ensuring their needs are met and concerns addressed in a timely and professional manner.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Leverage strong communication skills to manage business interactions through phone calls, emails, and video conferences.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and sustain long-term client relationships built on trust and satisfaction.
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as the primary contact for clients, liaising with internal teams to consistently meet and exceed client expectations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Address client escalations and resolve concerns promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver regular updates and detailed reports to senior management regarding client feedback and satisfaction.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with sales and marketing teams to identify growth opportunities and expand business within existing accounts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare clear and professional business correspondence, including proposals, contracts, and reports.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum of 6+ years&rsquo; experience in business management or a related role, ideally with international exposure.
 </li>
 <li>
 A UK LLB qualification (preferred but not required).
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous experience in business management or client services, with emphasis on international clientele.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong problem-solving ability, with the tact and diplomacy to manage escalations effectively.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent command of written and spoken English, with the capability to present complex information clearly.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in business communication standards and email etiquette.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to perform effectively both independently and within a team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Awareness of international business practices and cultural sensitivities (advantageous).
