<div>Winpak Control Group Inc. is seeking a Press Helper to support our printing press operations.

The Press Helper is an essential member of the production team, supporting the safe, efficient, and high-quality operation of printing presses. This role requires strong attention to detail, adherence to safety and cGMP protocols, and a proactive approach to learning and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Support press setup and operation, including cleaning, installing plates, anilox rolls, and doctor blades.</li>
<li>Review job specifications and assist with flexographic press and plate mounting processes.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in line with cGMP standards.</li>
<li>Assist in training Press Utility personnel and perform incoming material quality checks.</li>
<li>Begin cross-training for future Press Operator responsibilities.</li>
<li>Follow all safety rules and wear required PPE.</li>
</ul>
Required Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks like standing, walking, bending, and grasping for extended periods.</li>
<li>Good eyesight and ability to distinguish colors.</li>
<li>Basic math, reading, and writing skills.</li>
<li>Ability to read a tape measure accurately.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset.</li>
<li>Commitment to safety, cGMP protocols, and cleanliness.</li>
<li>Completion or willingness to complete required trainings: cGMP, HazCom, and forklift safety.</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Experience with printing press operations or plate mounting.</li>
<li>Familiarity with flexographic printing.</li>
<li>Forklift operation experience.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and continuous improvement mindset.</li>
</ul>
Willingness to advance toward Press Operator roles. 


Additional Details

This is a full-time position. 
This position is 100% onsite in Norwood, NJ.

Wage Range: $20-$23
