I am hiring on the behalf of my new Company.Job Role: NC Color Matcher (Paint Industry) About:We are looking for someone who understands colours well and has hands-on experience matching shades in nitrocellulose (NC) paints. The main job is to make sure the paint colour matches the sample perfectly and stays consistent during production.Responsibilities:Match paint colours by eye and with machines (like spectrophotometers)Develop new shades based on customer samples or shade cardsMake small trial batches and fine-tune colours until they are correctEnsure the same colour is produced again and again without variationCorrect shade issues during production if the colour goes offWork closely with production, quality, and sales teamsMaintain shade samples, records, and formulationsHelp resolve customer complaints related to colour differencesRequired Skills &amp; Competencies:Strong hands-on experience in NC paint colour matchingExcellent colour perception and shade differentiationKnowledge of pigments, dyes, binders, and solvents used in NC systemsFamiliarity with spectrophotometers and colour measurement toolsAbility to work under time-sensitive production requirementsGood documentation and communication skillsQualifications:Diploma / B.Sc. / B.Tech in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Paint Technolog2&ndash;6 years of experience in paint or coating colour matchingTiming:8am- 6pm Benefits:Lunch Will be provided by companyMarket Competitive SalaryLocation: Near Sagya bypass PSL Law collage Lahore .Job Type: Full-timeAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Lahore: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Intermediate (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>NC color matcher: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
