Job Description: Sales Officer &ndash; Paint IndustryJob SummaryThe Sales Officer is responsible for promoting and selling paint products in assigned areas, developing strong relationships with dealers and contractors, achieving sales targets, and expanding the company&rsquo;s market presence. The role involves regular market visits, order collection, payment follow-ups, and coordination with internal teams.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Promote and sell decorative and/or industrial paint products in the assigned territory</li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, painters, and contractors</li><li>Achieve monthly and annual sales targets</li><li>Conduct regular market visits to generate new business opportunities</li><li>Ensure proper product display, branding, and visibility at dealer shops</li><li>Collect orders, coordinate deliveries, and ensure timely supply of products</li><li>Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure recovery within credit terms</li><li>Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends</li><li>Handle customer complaints and provide after-sales support</li><li>Prepare daily visit reports, sales reports, and market feedback</li><li>Coordinate with sales managers, accounts, and logistics teams</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (Business, Marketing, or relevant field preferred)</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of sales experience in the paint or building materials industry</li></ul>Benefits :Market Competitive salaryTravelling AllowancePaid leavesJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
