About the Role:The HR Executive plays a key role in supporting the HR department's daily operations. This includes handling recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, record maintenance, and compliance with company policies.Key Responsibilities: &#61623; Provide operational support to line managers and HR Director/Managers in employee relations issues to ensure proper HR documentation. &#61623; Assist with recruitment and selection processes (job postings, scheduling interviews, screening resumes). &#61623; Support various administrative tasks (related to international assignments, payments, orders) and pro-actively provide suggestions for improvement in these areas &#61623; Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training &amp; development initiatives. &#61623; Maintain employee records (attendance, leaves, performance appraisals, etc.). &#61623; Coordinate employee engagement activities and welfare programs. &#61623; Handle employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures. &#61623; Support payroll processing by collecting and validating data &#61623; Prepare HR-related reports as requiredRequirements:&#61623; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. &#61623; Knowledge of HR functions and best practices. &#61623; Strong interpersonal and communication skills &#61623; Proficient in MS Office and HR software Eg.
