Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pediatric Dentist or General Dentist that likes to treat pediatric patients to join our dental practice. Pay will start at 1,200 per day or 35% of collections. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing high-quality patient care and possess a comprehensive understanding of various dental procedures. The Dentist will work collaboratively with our team to ensure the best outcomes for our patients while maintaining a welcoming and efficient office environment.Duties<ul><li>Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate treatment plans.</li><li>Utilize medical imaging techniques to diagnose dental conditions accurately.</li><li>Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.</li><li>Implement infection control protocols and aseptic techniques during all procedures.</li><li>Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to enhance patient care and office efficiency.</li><li>Provide education to patients regarding oral health, hygiene practices, and treatment options.</li><li>Stay current with advancements in dental technology and practices to ensure the highest standard of care.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.</li><li>Valid state dental license and board certification.</li><li>Experience with dental office management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix is preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and medical documentation practices.</li><li>Strong skills in four-handed dentistry and familiarity with pediatric dentistry techniques.</li><li>Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs effectively.</li><li>Understanding of infection control standards and procedures within a clinical setting.</li><li>Previous experience in a dental clinic or office environment is highly desirable.
