Role requires strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to engage with customers effectively.ResponsibilitiesSales/Marketing ManagerWinsun USA Inc., Anaheim, CA, inflatable entertainment equipment manufacturer, is looking for a Sales/Marketing Manager.Plan and execute all web, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns; Design, build, maintain and monitor company&rsquo;s social media presence; Measure and report performance of all traditional and digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs); Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights; Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies by engaging agents or inside analysts; Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests; Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience; Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points; Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels; Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners and forums; Evaluate emerging technologies; Provide thoughtful leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate; Lead sales in performing sales activities; Resolve issues by working with customers, accounting department and suppliers. College degree in marketing or business. 3-year proven work experience in sales and marketing management. Strong communication skills.
