<b>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (Including, but not limited to):</b></div>
<ul><li>Reviews and analyzes newly assigned and existing matters in order to provide legal representation until the matter is concluded.</li>
<li>Drafts all necessary documents and pleadings to provide legal representation to clients.</li>
<li>Performs necessary legal research using all available resources including libraries and computer data systems.</li>
<li>Formulates and issues well-founded legal opinions to clients.</li>
<li>Effectively conducts negotiations, when appropriate, to resolve matters on behalf of clients.</li>
<li>Advises and communicates regularly with clients regarding the status of their matter.</li>

Working closely with the firm&rsquo;s Director of Business Development and Marketing, this role will help transform our business development function to focus on operational excellence and important tech and data management initiatives that directly support firm&rsquo;s business development and client relationship strategy.<br>
