We are seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to support our Client Advisory Services (CAS) healthcare team, with a focus on Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs). In this role, you will partner with clients to deliver high-quality financial reporting, ensure compliance with complex healthcare regulations, and assist with providing insights that drive informed decision-making. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, client-facing environment, supporting organizations that deliver critical care to underserved communities. This role can be worked remotely anywhere in the US!
Responsibilities
<ul><li>Review and deliver financial reports and KPIs</li><li>
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow modeling</li><li>
Provide technical accounting guidance to clients and internal engagement teams</li><li>
Develop, coach, and mentor staff and senior accountants</li><li>
Collaborate with advisory teams and external partners</li><li>
Identify and support opportunities to expand services in partnership with advisory teams</li><li>
Assist with onboarding new clients, including system setup and process documentation</li><li>
Monitor team KPIs and implement process improvements</li><li>
Support the integration of new technology platforms and train team members on system enhancements</li></ul> 

Qualifications
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business required; CPA or MBA preferred</li><li>
4&ndash;6+ years of accounting experience, with healthcare and/or FQHC experience preferred</li><li>
3+ years of experience managing teams</li><li>
Knowledge of healthcare regulations, including Medicare/Medicaid and federal grant compliance (HRSA preferred)</li><li>
Experience with financial reporting, budgeting/forecasting, and audit/internal controls</li><li>
Understanding of revenue cycle, cost allocation, and physician compensation models</li><li>
Proficiency in accounting systems (e.g., Intacct, NetSuite, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>
Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities; willingness to travel up to 10%</li><li>
Required travel up to 10%</li></ul>

The estimated base pay range for this role is $97,000 to $145,000, with offers typically not made at the maximum, allowing for future salary increases. Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual and Firm performance.

Partner with Senior Managers, Directors, and Partners in risk assessment, audit procedures, and reporting.</li><li>
Oversee daily operations of the audit engagement. From staffing, planning, budgeting, risk assessment, fieldwork, financial reporting, and the conclusion</li><li>
Research and communicate guidance on complex accounting matters and transactions</li><li>
Assist clients with GAAP compliance and the adoption of FASB Accounting Standard Updates. Address client concerns and resolve problems as they arise while communicating proactively and promptly</li><li>
Serve as an instructor in the firm, department training programs, and meetings</li><li>
Take part in and provide leadership in community, networking, and business development activities</li></ul>
Qualifications: 

<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required</li><li>
CPA license required</li><li>
5 years of experience, preferably in public accounting</li><li>
Supervisory experience required</li><li>
Ability to travel to client sites</li><li>
