<p><b>About the Role</b></p>

</p><p>As a Production Operator, you'll play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. You'll be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment, performing accurate product changeovers, and completing essential documentation-all while supporting the smooth operation of our packaging lines.</p>
<p>
</p><p><b>Your responsibilities will include:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Following all safety, health, quality, Food Safety, GMP, and company policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Understanding and properly operating safety switches, interlocks, and safety devices.</li>
<li>Maintaining a clean and organized work area to meet safety and housekeeping standards.</li>
<li>Checking product and case codes frequently for accuracy and legibility.</li>
<li>Performing package changeovers accurately and efficiently.</li>
<li>Completing and filing all required quality and packaging documentation in a timely and orderly manner.</li>

<li>Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.</li>

<li>Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.</li>
<li>Forklift driving skills and the ability to pass the Forklift Operators License test.</li>
<li>Physical ability to walk or stand for long periods, bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 75 pounds.</li>
Willingness to work in temperatures ranging from 60<li>-90&deg;F or more.</li>
<li>Flexibility to work overtime during peak production periods.</li>
