We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager to join our team and lead social media strategies for our diverse portfolio of clients.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop, plan, and execute effective social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.).</li><li>Manage day-to-day client accounts, including content calendars, posting, and reporting.</li><li>Collaborate with the creative team to design engaging graphics, videos, and reels.</li><li>Write impactful captions, scripts, and ad copies aligned with client goals.</li><li>Monitor trends, competitor activities, and industry updates to keep content fresh and innovative.</li><li>Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, etc.).</li><li>Analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and present results with recommendations.</li><li>Engage with online communities, respond to comments/messages, and build brand loyalty.</li><li>Work closely with clients to understand their brand voice, products, and objectives.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).</li><li>1+ years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role (agency experience preferred).</li><li>Strong knowledge of all major social media platforms and best practices.</li><li>Hands-on experience with paid campaigns, analytics tools, and content creation.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English + Hindi/Regional language preferred).</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.</li><li>Creative thinker with attention to detail.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Opportunity to work with multiple industries and premium brands.</li><li>Creative freedom and a collaborative work culture.</li><li>Competitive salary + performance incentives.</li><li>Growth opportunities in a fast-scaling digital agency.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, InternshipPay: &#8377;10,794.13 - &#8377;40,831.81 per monthWork Location: In person
