Vallejo Hyundai is seeking a results-driven <b>Client Relations Manager</b> with a strong focus on <b>service outreach and Customer Satisfaction (CSI)</b>. This role is responsible for managing outbound communication, strengthening customer relationships, and driving retention across both the <b>service and sales departments</b>.</p><p>
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and committed to delivering a consistent, high-quality customer experience. This position plays a critical role in improving CSI scores, increasing service retention, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects the dealership&rsquo;s standards.</p><p></p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li>
Execute high-volume outbound calls for service reminders, follow-ups, and retention efforts</li><li>
Drive customer engagement for declined services, missed appointments, and future maintenance needs</li><li>
Monitor and actively manage <b>CSI performance</b> for both sales and service departments</li><li>
Follow up with recent sales and service customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns</li><li>
Handle inbound calls professionally and route customers to the appropriate department</li><li>
Provide a strong first point of contact, ensuring a positive and efficient customer experience</li><li>
Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate when necessary to management</li><li>
Maintain accurate CRM records for all customer interactions and follow-up activity</li><li>
Partner with service advisors and sales teams to improve customer communication and experience</li><li>
Track and report key performance metrics including call volume, contact rate, appointment set %, and CSI trends</li><li>
Support front-end customer experience as needed to ensure consistency across all touchpoints</li></ul><p></p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications</b></h3><ul><li>
Previous experience in automotive BDC, service call center, or customer relations preferred</li><li>
Strong communication skills with confidence handling high-volume outbound and inbound calls</li><li>
Proven ability to influence customer satisfaction and retention</li><li>
Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline</li><li>
Experience working with CRM systems and reporting tools</li><li>
Professional, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license and clean driving record</li></ul><p></p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
