</li><li>Attend meetings, events, conferences, and industry engagements when needed.
</li><li>Present Wisely's solutions, products, services, and new developments to potential clients.
</li><li>Coordinate with insurance companies to obtain quotations based on client needs.
</li><li>Prepare assignment letters and required sales documentation.
</li><li>Support team targets and help grow WISELY&rsquo;s corporate client portfolio.
</li><li>Collaborate with Business Development and Marketing on growth and market expansion ideas.

</b></h4></div></div><div><div><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in any discipline.
</li><li>0-2 years of experience (Fresh grads are welcome to apply).

</li><li>Self-motivated, target-oriented, and client-focused.
</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in dealing with people.

   Handle additions, deletions, and updates of employee insurance records accurately and in a timely manner.

   Update any changes related to employee status, coverage, or benefits during the renewal process.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure accuracy and consistency of employee information
  </li>
  <li>
   Prepare and share required reports related to employee data
  </li>
  <li>
   Coordinate with the operations team to assist in system administration
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure proper documentation and record keeping for all insurance-related transactions and updates.
  </li>

   Perform needed reports as per management

 Job Requirements

   Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  </li>

   1&ndash;3 years of experience in HR administration, employee benefits, or insurance coordination is preferred.
  </li>
  <li>
   Proficiency in Microsoft suite and excellent Excel skills
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management.
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience working with HR systems or HRIS is a plus.
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling employee data.
  </li>
  <li>
   Good organizational and time management skills.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  </li>
  <li>
   Good communication and coordination skills when dealing with internal teams and insurance providers.
  </li>

   Ability to manage large datasets and ensure data consistency across systems.
